Order Cancellation

If you want to cancel your order, just message us as soon as possible!
We ship most orders within 1–2 days, and we cover the shipping costs ourselves. So please let us know early if you’ve changed your mind.

Refunds & Replacements

If your order arrives damaged, let us know right away — even if it wasn’t our fault. We’ll happily send you a replacement or refund your money, including shipping, via Instapay or any mobile wallet you prefer.
